Michael Latour - Executive Chef/Owner
Michael Latour has been the Chef/Owner of Latour, A French-American Grill for the past 22 years, and is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. He has held several Chef positions in New York's finest hotels, including being part of the opening team of the Four Seasons Hotel prior to opening Latour.
He is a member of the Societé Culinaire Philanthropique and a recipient of the Gold Medal awarded by the Les Amis d'Escoffier Society Foundation for Best Sugar Work Piece in the 2010 International Hotel/Motel and Restaurant Show at the Javits Convention Center.
Dominik Nef - Maître d'
Dominik has been with Latour since 2012. In fact, Latour was his first job ever. Although he explored working for other types of restaurants while he was part-time and going to school, he always kept Latour dearest to him.
Dominik manages the Front of the restaurant, the restaurant's website, and Open Table system.
Anders Carlson - Chef de Cuisine
Anders Carlson has been with Latour for the last eight years. Born and raised in Ridgewood, he knows just how important this community is. Anders is also a member of the Societé Culinaire Philanthropique with Chef Michael.
